Hi, I'm Zach 👋

Professional Service Engineer at NetApp, where I help enterprise IT customers build LLM-enabled tools, retrieval (RAG) assistants, and MCP integrations — along with the backend services and infrastructure automation that keep them running. Mostly in Python.

I like turning messy operational problems into clean, reliable tooling that teams actually use.
