Description

This PR adds two new component variants to enhance the UI library:

Smooth Carousel with Fade Transitions - A modern carousel with opacity-based transitions
Hover Effect Accordion - An interactive accordion with enhanced visual feedback

Carousel 3 (Smooth Fade)

Smooth fade-in/fade-out transitions between slides
Interactive dot indicators for quick navigation
Enhanced navigation arrows with hover effects
Auto-advance functionality (3-second intervals)
Rounded background on navigation buttons
Full dark mode support

Hover Effect Accordion

Shadow effects on hover for better UX
Border color transitions (gray → primary)
Circular icon container with background color change
Smooth chevron rotation animation
Top border separator when expanded
Enhanced visual feedback on interaction
Consistent styling with existing accordions
