Add habamax_vibrant colorscheme (vibrant variation of habamax)

This PR adds a new colorscheme, habamax_vibrant.

It is a variation of the default habamax theme, designed to address issues with the original theme
appearing faded or muted on certain displays or preferences.

Changes:

• Base: Started from habamax theme.
• Foreground: Lighter/Brighter Normal text (#eeeeee vs #c7c7c7).
• Syntax Colors: Increased saturation and brightness for key syntax groups (Strings, Constants,
  Identifiers, Statements, etc.) to improve contrast and vibrancy.
• Files Added:
  • colors/habamax_vibrant.vim: The generated colorscheme file.
  • colortemplate/habamax_vibrant.colortemplate: The source template file (modified from
    habamax.colortemplate).
