Adds documentation for the behavior change introduced in temporal PR #8610 where workflows are automatically terminated (instead of retrying indefinitely) when a Workflow Task response exceeds the 4MB gRPC message size limit. This is a non-recoverable error, so termination is the appropriate behavior. Includes new error reference section with resolution strategies and troubleshooting guidance.
