Summary

add a source-provider interface and source world to the embedded WIT for WASM-based sources
introduce a shared WasmSourceConfig and runtime wiring to load WASM source components
add a WASM source consumer that polls guest components and forwards emitted frames

Testing

cargo test -p tangent-runtime --lib
