Optimize grpcWriteStatus to avoid unnecessary allocation

💡 What:
Modified grpcWriteStatus in private/server/handler.go to check if st.Proto().Details is empty before attempting to marshal and encode it for the Grpc-Status-Details-Bin header.

🎯 Why:
The Grpc-Status-Details-Bin header is only needed when there are actual details to convey. Unconditionally generating it for every error status (or even OK status if used that way) adds unnecessary CPU and memory overhead.

📊 Measured Improvement:
Benchmark BenchmarkGRPCWriteStatus added to private/server/handler_bench_test.go.

Baseline:

BenchmarkGRPCWriteStatus-4   	 1244005	       965.3 ns/op	     184 B/op	       6 allocs/op

Optimized:

BenchmarkGRPCWriteStatus-4   	 2232163	       527.8 ns/op	     128 B/op	       3 allocs/op

Resulting in ~45% faster execution and 50% fewer allocations for status responses without details.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18215845450052850182 started by @sudorandom

The `grpcWriteStatus` function was unconditionally marshaling the status proto and base64 encoding it to set the `Grpc-Status-Details-Bin` header. This commit adds a check to see if the status details are empty. If so, it skips the expensive marshaling and encoding steps.

A benchmark `BenchmarkGRPCWriteStatus` has been added to `private/server/handler_bench_test.go` to verify the improvement.

Benchmarks show a significant improvement:
- Time: ~45% reduction (965.3 ns/op -> 527.8 ns/op)
- Allocations: 50% reduction (6 allocs/op -> 3 allocs/op)
