With the release of Sphinx v9.0, adding it as part of the checks. Note: since `myst_parser` is not yet supported, we will disable its requirement/use in testing until it can be added again. Signed-off-by: James Knight <[email protected]>
With the release of Sphinx v9.0, we still drop our testing for v7.3.x since our maintenance efforts only support up to the last five Sphinx versions. Signed-off-by: James Knight <[email protected]>
