Changes included in this PR:

  • rename backgroundColor -> iconBackgroundColor. Whole notification background color is not supported for Live Update notifications.
  • clean up types and delete not meaningful descriptions
  • move majority of the restrictions form FCM to ExpoLiveUpdates types section as it is connected to all Live Updates (not only FCM). Each type has important notes section with info regarding props with not-usual behaviour/recommendations etc.
  • include info about the fact that on API 36.1 icon is not supported
  • add example usage
