Compiling the current main branch of RML gives me 50 warnings which are all either because of lacking documentation or nullability mismatches. This PR fixes those issues without changing the way things work.
Most of the line changes here are either comments or single-character edits.
In preparation for #45, I did not touch
LocaleLoader.cssince that PR already fixes those warnings.
