Use only the first contributor's role (Parsing EPUB contributors architecture#126)
Make DC tag names override the role defined in refining elements (Parsing EPUB contributors architecture#126)
Ignore Epub 2 series if Epub 3 ones are available (https://github.com/readium/architecture/blob/915a24ccc9426fe73b5fff80bd992ed4b7e45c5f/streamer/parser/metadata.md?plain=1#L274)
