🚨 Severity: HIGH
💡 Vulnerability: The application was missing Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection on forms. This could allow attackers to execute unwanted actions on a web application in which a user is currently authenticated by sending malicious links or embedding requests on other sites.
🎯 Impact: Attackers could add, edit, or delete items and data (like coquetéis or produtos) without the user's explicit consent, compromising data integrity.
🔧 Fix: Installed and initialized Flask-WTF's CSRFProtect(app) to globally enforce CSRF token validation on all POST requests. Injected <input type="hidden" name="csrf_token" value="{{ csrf_token() }}"/> into all method="post" forms across the Jinja2 templates. Disabled CSRF validation in Pytest fixtures to maintain CI/CD test stability.
Verification: Verified tokens in all Jinja templates. Ran pytest suite and confirmed all application functionality continues to pass without regressions.
