A second release for this month, to catch up to a more usual cadence, I guess.

This PR adds the blog post and updates the download links for the website to announce and reflect this new version, respectively.

Update: Also includes blog post and updated links for hotfix v1.127.1.

I'm cool with this. I would also have been cool with a single blog post that skipped over a separate 1.127.0 announcement, but this works as well.

Thank you for review! Just set the hotfix release on GitHub Releases to "Public" visibility, and will merge this now to post the updated blog posts and download links... Merging now!
