There were some entries in the
package-lock.jsonfile that were referring tohttp://localhost:4873/instead ofhttp://registry.npmjs.org/. I search and replaced for that.Also, since some, but not all,
package-lock.jsonfiles had been updated to lockfileVersion 2, I committed the changes for all to be updated.
