I've hit this issue on a personal project and I though I would look for a fix. It might not be the best fix for this, but it seems to be working. I've tested with
include/**/*.hppandinclude/**/dir/**/*.hppwith a directory structure that matches those patterns and it seemed to be working.Thanks!
