JavaScript - fix a few issues in autoformatting logic

What's changed?

Fixing three separate issues in Autoformatting logic for JavaScript, which have crept in recently as one of the tests was disabled.
These pertain to:

• adding prefix (and markers) to ExpressionStatement and StatementExpression - related to Adding prefix and markers to ExpressionStatement, StatementExpression #5686
• the change of how normal method invocations are parsed - related to Fixing parsing of method invocations in Javascript #5484

And enabling that temporarily disabled test.
