P1 Badge Refresh the external-consumer checksums

Because internal/testdata/consumer replaces the SDK module with the repository root, this version bump also changes its resolved AWS dependency, but its go.sum still records v1.43.6. The CI ./scripts/check-go-mod step runs go mod tidy -diff in that module and will reject this tree; update the consumer checksum file to v1.43.7 alongside the root and examples files.
