Added archive status to older articles

• Removes from lists in UI
• Removes from search
• Adds notice at the top of archived article
• Still allows browsing via URL.

Looks good to me, one cookbook I might archive is this - https://cookbook.openai.com/examples/fine-tuned_qa/ft_retrieval_augmented_generation_qdrant . I fixed a couple of bugs in it recently but problem is you can't update it to the latest models because they don't need finetuning on this task and can do it with zero-shot. Its probably a bit out of date to display it on the site.
