Fix macOS updater download by ensuring correct artifact generation and manifest validation in CI.
Users were encountering 404 errors when attempting to download macOS updates because the CI workflow was not producing the necessary
.app.tar.gzupdater artifacts, and thelatest.jsonmanifest was being generated with invalid download URLs.
