Classic stylesheets for web applications 2.1

This release adds the following new features:

• Tree views
• Primary button styling for :default buttons in forms. Can be manually applied with class primary.
• Improved Mac OS 9 title bars and scrollbars
• Improved 3.x table headers (extrapolated)

Additionally classic stylesheets is now published on NPM for easier use in frontend projects.
