Updated to support the priority levels -2 (lowest), -1 (low), 0 (normal), 1 (high), and 2 (emergency). Also updated to .NET 4, which is more common in Windows 10/11. Older frameworks may not be installed by default in Windows 11. The DLL is all you need to build your own apps with Pushover integration. The test harness is if you want a quick way to test drive the DLL.
