Hello. This follows along mojodna/marblecutter#109. This Pull Request adds support for fetching features from a SpatioTemporal Asset Catalog and creating a tile with support for JQ-based filters and multi-file multi-band math expressions. I've also included a test.html file, which helps us manually verify that the /stac endpoint is working.
