Add tooling to incorporate outputs from SchemaAutomator and Schemasheets

Both SchemaAutomator and Schemasheets generate LinkML models, however given the data differences between a data file and data dictionary we want to be able to extract relevant content from each to create the data model. In particular, the description field present in the data dictionary.
