Adds a
workflow_dispatchworkflow that copies an existingghcr.io/kitconcept/solrtag to a new tag usingdocker buildx imagetools create(manifest list copy, both architectures preserved).Immediate use case: backfilling the
2.0.0a14release tag onto the already-publishedsha-a4152eaimage (the release-number tagging added in #76 only applies to future tag pushes). Also useful for any future tag aliasing without rebuilding.
