Can the issue be reproduced with pipenv [...] -v to find the root cause of the issue?

I tried it locally yes, but I could not find the issue. I saw some extra whitespace which looks like a parsing error within pipenv, but that's all I found.

Can you try to debug this issue and if possible fix the issue in this project or create a an issue in the Pipenv project?
