TO USE:
1. Create config.php file (see sample config-sample.php)
2. Create thumbs directory above app folder.
3. (Optional) Create .htaccess to limit public access (see sample htaccess file)
4. Direct browser to install.php and install/upgrade. Upgrade only if you have the related tables already. You can delete all tables if you want to start over.

USAGE NOTES:
You can only add greetings to programs through the programs page (programs.php).
