- Created executionHistory.lock, last-build.bin, fileHashes.lock, and buildOutputCleanup.lock files to manage build state.
- Added cache.properties for build output cleanup with Gradle version 8.14.3.
- Included empty gc.properties files in both buildOutputCleanup and vcs-1 directories.
