Looks like a good change. Especially the AI one as a lot of people these days just vibe code their PR's & they don't even work.

Makes sense to link it, but is it so pressing that we need to summarize the policy here outright? Are people opening a lot of AI authored proposals? (genuine question, I didn't keep track)
If not, I'd rather phrase it something like this:
When submitting ideas, please refer to our [contribution guide for ideas](https://contributing.godotengine.org/en/latest/other/ideas.html), as well as our general [contribution guidelines](https://contributing.godotengine.org/en/latest/pull_requests/pull_request_guidelines.html).
