Use createRequire to locate @salesforce/templates instead of a hardcoded node_modules path, and guard against missing dist/templates directory before scanning for the manifest.
Align wireit compile dependencies with tsconfig project references to prevent a race condition where two concurrent tsc --build processes write to playwright-vscode-ext/out/ simultaneously, causing MODULE_NOT_FOUND for out/src/index.js on Windows CI. Made-with: Cursor
