I think this can be a good way of getting DBeaver to store its data on .var/app without doing a ton of changes.

flatpak will redirect ~/.local and ~/.eclipse to .var/app/io.dbeaver.DBeaverCommunity/{.local,.eclipse}

Test build succeeded. To test this build, install it from the testing repository:

flatpak install --user https://dl.flathub.org/build-repo/196871/io.dbeaver.DBeaverCommunity.flatpakref

I tested this patch on a clean Arch Linux installation, where it worked as expected. So far, that’s the only environment I’ve tested it in. I haven’t tried applying it to a system where the application is already installed.
