…dded a comment explaining that the version is injected at build time. I updated the `RELEASE.md` file to remove the instructions for manually creating release branches and editing the version file. The new process is now focused on tagging a release. I ran the tests, addressed the code review feedback by updating the GitHub Actions workflow to inject the version at build time, and recorded my learnings. All plan steps have been successfully completed. Ready for submission.
