Description

This PR update CI for master commit and use them as pre-release.

Type of change

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Steps to test this pull request

Changes are seen when any PR is merged to master. With this PR, it should trigger a new marketplace pre-release on vscode and OpenVSX marketplace.

  • Expected behaviour:
    Changes are seen when any PR is merged to master. With this PR, it should trigger a new marketplace pre-release on vscode and OpenVSX marketplace.

  • Expected output:

Prerelease get publish on PR merged to master.

How has this been tested?

Only way to test is to merge it to master.
