This PR just extracts the list of hardcoded commands in
diff-hl-show-hunk-ignorable-command-pinto a defcustom, and make both the posframe and inline frontends to respect it. This is useful to ignore some minor modes commands that bind to<mouse-motion>likelsp-ui-doc-mode.
