The `cddl` crate was pulling in lots of outdated dependencies. By bumping it, we can simplify our dependency graph a fair bit: Crates deduplicated: clap, clap_derive, clap_lex, heck, prost, prost-build, prost-derive, prost-type Crates removed: lexical-core, lexical-parse-float, lexical-parse-integer, lexical-util, lexical-write-float, lexical-write-integer, os_str_bytes, textwrap
