Adds support for RWX

This adds support for the environment variables exposed by the CI platform RWX.

Note: I work at RWX. We have a customer who currently manually sets the coveralls CI_* environment variables, and we'd like to automatically infer those values from the RWX environment variables instead.

I see you already made some changes per the failing CI test that ran earlier today. Thanks again.

Let's get this merged today—I'll help as I can.

Then I'll follow up with an ETA for a new release.

@TAGraves feel free to continue working on this, if you wish, but your changes are straightforward—we should handle whatever setup errors are causing these workflows to fail.

Unfortunately it will probably be a day or two before someone here is able to get to it, but I'll ping our dev team and do what I can to get it out this week.
