Move IDE Extension docs from Documentation tab to a dedicated IDE Extensions tab. Consolidate Customize and Reference tabs as sidebar sections within the new tab. All URLs remain unchanged - no redirects required. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <[email protected]>

Since we're removing IDE from the main page left nav, we should add a link to surface the IDE extension tab more easily.
