Reorganize the releases navigation to improve clarity: - Remove "Staged Release Process" from releases nav - Rename "Unsupported Versions" to "Download Archive" - Move "Technical Advisories" to Reference section (v26.2 only) - Move "Archived Documentation" to Reference section (v26.2 only) This is Phase 1 of the releases navigation cleanup.
