Addressed the alphabetical-order feedback by moving NoKV before NuoDB in the Database list.

I did not add a crunchbase: field because NoKV does not currently have a corresponding Crunchbase organization page. There is precedent for omitting it in this subsection (for example CloudNativePG). If maintainers prefer a different handling here, I can update it accordingly.
