Feature/jbang catalog support

1. We need to first create a catalog. Catalog contains list of aliases. Command to create catalog is jbang catalog add --name example jbang-catalog.json. Go to examples folder and run the command from there.
2. Now we can start creating list to add aliases. Command to add alias : jbang alias add --name zapier https://github.com/arakoodev/EdgeChains/blob/main/Examples/zapier/ZapierExample.java
3. Now we can run java applications as : java -jar edgechain.jar zapier
