Switch the gradle plugin to gratatouille

Opening as draft as it's still missing:

• Classloader cache
• A version of gratatouille on Maven Central
• Migration guide

The main changes are:

• the generated folder location changed.
• com.apollographql.apollo.compiler.* is not available anymore from the build script classpath.
• a bunch of CLI tasks are removed (push, convert, download).

That last point is up for discussion. I have never used them myself and I don't know anyone who has. I believe it would be much better in a CLI but we could reintroduce them back if needed.
