Code Review
This pull request updates the README documentation for the interests and topic feature modules, correcting the classification of the :core:datastore-proto module from an Android library to a JVM library in the dependency graphs. I have no feedback to provide.

What I have done and why
Ran
./gradlew graphUpdateso that Check Graphs can pass. The datastore-proto module uses jvm-library but is referenced as an android-library in two of the READMEs.
