Significantly improves s2 docs build performance (about 2x faster) by caching some internal RSC stuff so it is only calculated once (see parcel-bundler/parcel#10233). Also fixes import map generation, which broke example images in the s2 docs search menu, and videos in blog (causing crash in #9125). Also @snowystinger fixed macro location info used by chrome extension.
