Overview
Adds new wallet-frontend locale entries to support upcoming EIP-7702 account type switching/upgrade UX and EIP-5792 batch transaction labeling, plus a new revokeDelegation action label.

No runtime logic changes; this PR only extends locales-wallet-frontend.json with additional translated strings across supported languages.
