Contribution description
This removes the long deprecated xtimer implementation.
The xtimer is still provided on as a high-level wrapper on top of ztimer.
Testing procedure
This code should already be unused (except by the
xtimer_now32_overflowthat explicitly disables ztimer implementation - this is now also removed).Issues/PRs references
