Upstream bzd6661/wechat-article-for-ai has a bug where Tag.new_tag is None in BS4 4.12+. Our fork fixes this.

上游 bzd6661/wechat-article-for-ai 在 BS4 4.12+ 下 Tag.new_tag 为 None，导致含代码块的文章解析崩溃。已 fork 修复，install 和文档全部指向我们的 fork。35 个测试全通过。
