threat-model.schema.json: Minor updates, partially based on 2025-04-02 CycloneDX WG feedback.

  • Clean up schema title.
  • data-sensitivity enum: Add op value, representing operational data.
  • ease-of-exploit enum: Add as a new type to describe ease of exploit.
  • access-control-method enum: Rename from access_control_method. Type names use dashes, property names (and enum values) use underscores.
  • threat schema: Add ease_of_exploit (enum) and scope_of_exploit (string) properties.
