As written, we weren't monitoring failed lookups when only one barcode was queried. Also, app was logging an error on failed lookup, which creates noise.

As written, we weren't monitoring failed lookups when only one barcode was queried. Also, app was logging an error on failed lookup, which creates noise.
Also caught that we were creating multiple loggers but only using one.
Also updates qa Redis host per https://newyorkpubliclibrary.atlassian.net/browse/DOPS-1852
