Made Dockerfile be more cache friendly. Switched to use Go modules instead of 'dep'.

When creating the secret, take the field 'type' from the source Secret. Default is 'opaque' which means you couldn't have used it for Docker config secrets.
Additional changes, since it was taking ages to build the docker image via docker build:
