Description

This PR adds the Bracketeer extension by Pustelto.

This "Eclipse Contributor Agreement" stuff is a lot of rigamarole. I'm not going to create a new email account just to tick a box, and anyway I don't think this contribution can even be copyrighted seeing as all I did was insert the extension name and URL into a template, but if it helps, I hereby release this contribution (the following code) into the public domain so that someone else can commit it if necessary.
