Description

The foxundermoon.shell-format extension is substantially out of date on Open VSX compared with the VSCode Marketplace.

@foxundermoon has claimed their namespace (EclipseFdn/open-vsx.org#729), but the extension is not being auto-published.

Changes

On behalf of @foxundermoon, this PR will add the extension repo to extensions.json so it is auto-published.

I am not the extension author, but the Open VSX wiki explains, "If you are not the author, the extension must be offered under an open source license in order to be added to the auto-publish list." The foxundermoon.shell-format extension is MIT-licensed, so this PR complies with the wiki.
