Importing plugins directly may cause early plugin registration
-> 'cms_plugins' typically uses 'register_plugin' which modifies the plugin-pool
Similar approach to #4 but without "inline imports".
This makes use of the plugin_pool-api from cms itself - so it's rather how cms intended imports of third-party-plugins.
